Ingredients:
Rava 3 cups Ghee 30 gms Cardamom 3 Food color 1 tsp Sugar 4 cups cashew nuts 5 gms Dried grapes 4 gms

Directions:
Heat the ghee in a pan and add the cardamom to it and add the rava Fry them well, and then add the Sugar and after the sugar lets water, add 1 cup of water Let them cook well, now add the food color And when the keasari becomes thick close the stove In another pan heat some ghee and add the cashew nuts and dries grapes. And add them to the kesari. Pour this into a greased plate and cut into pieces or you can even serve it in a bowl without cutting into pieces.
