Ingredients:

Rava 3 cups
Ghee 30 gms
Cardamom 3
Food color 1 tsp
Sugar 4 cups
cashew nuts 5 gms
Dried grapes 4 gms




Directions:

  • Heat the ghee in a pan and add the cardamom to it and add the rava
  • Fry them well, and then add the Sugar and after the sugar lets water, add 1 cup of water
  • Let them cook well, now add the food color And when the keasari becomes thick close the stove
  • In another pan heat some ghee and add the cashew nuts and dries grapes. And add them to the kesari. Pour this into a greased plate and cut into pieces or you can even serve it in a bowl without cutting into pieces.
