Ingredients:
Kaddu(pumkin) grated (tender) 2 cups Milk 1 litre Condesed Milk or Milk Maid 1/2 tin Sugar 1 cup Vanilla Essense 1 tsp Saboodana [it should be soaked in water for 10-15 mins] Half cup

Directions:
Take the milk & boil, add grated kaddu and cook on medium flame till the kaddu is tender. Then add condesed milk & mix well, add the sugar & mix till the sugar is dissolved & in the last add the soaked saboodana & mix well. Cook for another 10 mins. Then take out from the gas & keep it to cool. In the last add vanilla essence, take out in a bowl & keep in fridge to cool.
