Jiffy Cream Burfi

Ingredients:


Cream 1 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Cashewnuts 2 tbsp
Silver varq a little
Ghee 1/2 tbsp


Directions:


  • Chop the cashewnuts and fry in ghee, keep it aside.
  • Grease a plate with a little ghee. In a thick bottomed vessel, add the cream and sugar and stir over medium heat for about 15 minutes ,till the mixture is light gold in color and starts leaving the sides.
  • Pour in to the greased plate and decorate with silver varq.
  • Cut when cold. You will get 15 medium sized pieces.
