Breast cancer survivor Christina Applegate revealed that she did an emotional nude photo shoot before undergoing double mastectomy – to keep a fond memory of the twin assts she was losing.
The actress, who was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, gave the go-ahead to her doctor to remover her breasts to stop the disease from spreading.

Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan has turned down a $700,000 offer from Playboy to appeared nude in an upcoming issue.
