Banana Kofta Curry

Ingredients:
Raw banana 2 Onion 2 Kuskus 2 tbsp Cashewnuts 3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Salt 1- 1 1/4 tsp Ginger 1/2 inch Coriander leaves 1 tbsp Green chillies 3 Chilli powder 3/4 tsp Curds 1/2 cup Cream 1/2 cup Ghee 2 tbsp Butter 1 tsp Pepper powder 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Directions:
Chop green chillies, onion, coriander leaves. Boil bananas whole, peel and mash well . Add ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves,1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper powder. Mix well and make into balls, deep fry in oil till golden brown and remove and keep aside. Grind kuskus, remaining cashewnuts, ginger garlic paste and chilli powder into a smooth paste. Heat ghee and add chopped onions, fry till light golden in color. Add masala paste and fry till raw smell disappears. Add beaten curds, fry a bit and add 1 cup water and remaining salt. Simmer till slightly thick. Add butter, koftas and beaten cream. Simmer just once and serve garnished with garam masala powder, green chillies and coriander leaves.
