Ingredients:
Maida flour 200 gms Ghee or dalda 50 gms Sugar 3 cups

Directions:
Mix flour and ghee and a pinch of cooking soda , the flour should be little watery than chappathi flour.Add water if needed Heat 3 cups of water with 3 cups of sugar. Syrup should be of one-thread consistency Let the syrup to cool down. Heat some oil in a pan take some dough and make it into small balls and flatten them and press them in the center with your finger and deep fry first over high heat and then low heat till cooked through Take them off the oil and place them inside the sugar syrup. Strain out the syrup and Serve
