Ingredients:
Fish (cut into medium sized chunks) 1 kg Oil for frying
To Marinade:
Lemon juice 75ml Grated ginger 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp
Batter:
Besan 100 gms Ginger paste 1 tsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Ajwain 2 tsp Chilli powder 1 tsp Red chillies (snipped) 4 nos Baking powder 1 tsp Iced water 100 ml Salt to taste

Directions:
Combine all the marinade ingredients. Pour over the fish and set aside for 30 minutes. Remove the fish from the marinade and pat dry. Combine all ingredients for the batter. Coat the fish in the batter and set aside for 15 minutes. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
